Nuea Giralda has a fantastic location, just around the corner from the cathedral and restaurants. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room comfortable. My room was clean, a big plus for me. However, the check-in process was frustrating. I had to upload my passport and complete details for every guest, which took too long. The noise from other guests in the hallway kept me awake at night, especially since my room was on the ground floor. The absence of staff between 6:30 PM and 10 AM left me feeling unsupported. I also noticed a strong air freshener smell that was overpowering. Overall, I enjoyed my time, but these issues affected my stay significantly.
